Refund policy

This policy applies to paid SiteCraft Grid programs and studio retainers invoiced by us. The website itself does not take payment. Fees on public pages are informational.

Eligibility

A full refund is available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the published start of a cohort and no materials unique to your company have been produced. Signal Audit work that has already been delivered as a written file is not eligible for a full refund.

Timeframe to request

Send a refund request to info@sitecraftgrid.digital within 10 days of the event that you believe justifies it (cancellation, documented studio error, or a session cancelled by us and not rescheduled).

Full or partial refunds

If we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a date within 60 days, you receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort. If you withdraw after week 1 of the Brand Grid Intensive, we may refund 40% of the seat fee, reflecting rooms already staffed. After week 3, seat fees are not refunded except where Taiwanese consumer law requires otherwise.

Non-refundable items

Third-party costs we advance at your request (rooms outside Chung Ho, certified translations, courier of printed grids) are non-refundable once spent. Stewardship Cycle months already delivered are non-refundable. Gift seats transferred to another named participant are not cash refunds.

Process

Write from the email on the invoice. Include invoice number, program name, and whether you want a bank refund or a credit toward a later program. We confirm receipt within two working days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are paid by the same method as the original invoice where possible, typically a Taiwan domestic transfer, within 15 working days after approval. International wires may take longer and may incur bank fees deducted from the refund unless we caused the error.

Cancellation by you

Missing live sessions without notice is not an automatic refund. We will share recordings or notes only when the syllabus said they exist. The Intensive is live by design; absences are your responsibility.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies and government travel restrictions that prevent attendance may be treated as a deferral to the next cohort instead of cash. We may refuse refunds where materials were copied in breach of the license in Terms.
