These terms apply to the website sitecraftgrid.digital and to informational descriptions of SiteCraft Grid programs. By using the site you accept this text. If you do not accept it, close the site and do not submit forms.

About the studio

SiteCraft Grid offers Brand Strategy Consulting education and related studio work. Program fees shown on this site are informational. A binding engagement exists only after a written confirmation from us and, where relevant, a paid invoice.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades service, post unlawful content through forms, or present our materials as your own public course. You may quote short passages with attribution for internal briefing.

Intellectual property

Site copy, the SiteCraft Grid name, and program names remain our intellectual property unless a separate license says otherwise. Grids produced in a paid program are licensed to the paying client for internal use and for briefing agencies. We may use anonymized process descriptions in teaching unless a contract forbids it.

No professional warranties beyond the sheet

Brand strategy work does not guarantee revenue, trademark clearance, or regulatory approval. We do not provide legal, accounting, or investment advice. Outcomes depend on your market and on whether you actually use the dated grid.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SiteCraft Grid is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from decisions you make after reading public pages. For paid programs, liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement that gave rise to the claim, except where Taiwanese law does not allow such a limit.

Site content

We may update pages, fees, and schedules without prior notice. Older screenshots are not a contract. Forms on this site send a mock acknowledgement for demonstration of validation; a commercial booking is confirmed only by email from info@sitecraftgrid.digital.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taiwan have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this website or from studio engagements booked through it, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
