A small practice that treats strategy as editorial work.

Mission

SiteCraft Grid exists so teams in Taiwan and the region can buy Brand Strategy Consulting that ends in a usable sheet. We are not a campaign house. We are not a naming lottery. We sit between founder instinct and the agencies that will eventually spend money on surfaces.

How we teach

Pedagogy here is closer to a newsroom than a lecture hall. Participants bring live claims. Facilitators cut, re-order, and demand proof. Homework is rewriting, not watching. English is the working language so mixed teams — Taiwanese operators, regional marketers, overseas owners — can share one grid file.

Community

Alumni of the Intensive receive a twice-yearly working breakfast in Chung Ho City. It is optional, unrecorded, and limited to people who have finished a program. We do not run a public Slack full of prompts. If you want a network, show up with a problem you are actually shipping.

The student journey

Most people arrive with a rebrand already booked. We slow that booking. First a diagnostic note, then either the Category Positioning Lab or the Intensive, then Visual System Stewardship only if a designer is waiting. Founders who still cannot tell their origin story in two minutes are sent to the Narrative Clinic before we will lock tone cells.

Taiwan is not a backdrop in this work. Category codes in night markets, electronics supply chains, and bilingual packaging all show up in the rooms. We do not pretend a San Francisco playbook maps cleanly onto Chung Ho retail or Kaohsiung export brands.
